At Mitraa Wellness, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of nutraceutical and wellness products, our return policy is limited and applies under specific conditions.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective on delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • You raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste or results

  • Products without original packaging


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@mitraawellness.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photos.

  2. Our team will validate the claim and guide you on the next steps.

  3. If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable), or you’ll be asked to ship it.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • If payment was made via COD, we will issue a refund to your bank account or wallet.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Contact us at support@mitraawellness.com as early as possible.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
